Terms of Sale

1. Quotes and prices

All prices are in US dollars unless your quote says otherwise. Your private quote states the product price, freight to your delivery address and how long the quote remains valid. We confirm the final price in writing before you pay anything.

Prices shown on this website are "from" prices only and are not an offer to sell.

2. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when you accept your quote in writing and your deposit has been received. The balance is due once freight to your address has been confirmed, and must be received in full and cleared before your order is dispatched.

We accept bank transfer, card payments (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) and, on request, escrow. We may decline or cancel any order where we reasonably suspect fraud or are unable to verify the buyer.

If the balance is not received within 14 days of your freight confirmation, we may cancel the order. In that case we will keep as much of your deposit as is needed to cover the costs we have properly incurred (for example sourcing, handling and any storage or freight cancellation charges) and refund the rest.

3. Delivery, risk and ownership

Lead times and delivery arrangements are set out in your quote and are estimates. Delivery is arranged through freight carriers to the address you provide. Ownership of the goods passes to you when we have received payment in full; risk passes to you on delivery.

Unless your quote states otherwise, import duties, taxes, customs fees and any delivery-related charges in your country are your responsibility.

Please inspect your delivery before signing for it. Note any visible damage on the carrier's paperwork and tell us, with photographs, within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Product information

Dimensions are nominal and are confirmed against your delivered unit. Photographs and 3D visuals are illustrative; colours, lighting and finishes can vary slightly. Monitors and computers are not included.

5. Warranty

Your Archon Station is covered by a two-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic or office use, from the date of delivery and subject to proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover misuse, modification, accidental damage, damage in transit that was not reported as set out above, or normal wear.

Nothing in this warranty limits any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply where you live.

6. Cancellations and returns

7. Our responsibility to you

To the extent the law permits, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
