Archon Station

Privacy Policy

We collect as little as we need to answer you and look after your order. This page explains what that is. Archon Station, a trading name of A1 Digital World Limited, is responsible for the personal information described here.

1. What we collect

Enquiry details: the name, email address, phone number (optional), city or delivery area and message you send through our enquiry form or by email.

Order details: delivery address, billing details and payment information needed to complete an order. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser details when you load a page.

2. How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, take payment, arrange delivery, provide warranty support and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us do the above: website hosting and security (Cloudflare), email (Google Workspace and our email delivery provider), payment processors, freight and delivery carriers, and professional advisers where needed. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.

Some page elements load from third parties: fonts from Google Fonts and 3D libraries from the jsDelivr network. Loading them shares your IP address with those providers.

4. Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up if you ask us to. Order and financial records are kept for as long as the law requires.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing concierge@archonstation.com. We handle personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. If you are in another region with data-protection laws (for example the EU, UK, Australia or California), you also have the rights those laws give you, including the right to complain to your local authority. In New Zealand that is the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

7. International transfers

Because we serve customers worldwide, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards with our providers.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will change the date below when we do. Questions: concierge@archonstation.com.
